Over the past week, Misha Lee Seo 3rd grade student at Roosevelt School had the opportunity to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Pennies for Patients, a foundation program to collect spare change to help kids with blood cancer.

It was a tremendously rewarding experience for her to learn the value of helping other children. She put maximum effort to collect $590.21 in 6 days for LLS.

Misha would like to thank the food stores of Stop & Shop in Lyndhurst and Clifton for their kind help and cooperation in her collecting efforts, especially Mr. Woo Chung and Ms. Helen Gibney. Also she would like to thank the wonderful people who kindly donated to a worthy cause.
