*If your child has a fever or has been diagnosed with the Flu, please make sure he/she is fever free for 24 hours before returning to school. In addition, we are requesting a note from a doctor for re-admittance.

Drinking Fountains
We have decided to provide cups at all drinking fountain stations. Please encourage your children to use the drinking cups at the fountains and place them in the garbage receptacle located right next to the drinking fountains.
Roosevelt School has placed Purell Hand Sanatizing Stations throughout the building. Please remind your children to use them frequently. In addition, please explain to them that they should respect the dispensers in order to preserve them and keep everyone safe from germs and viruses.
Precautionary Steps
- Wash your hands thoroughly and often with soap and water.
- Avoid touching your face, nose and eyes.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with tissues and dispose of them properly.
- Cough into your sleeve, if a tissue is not available, not into your hands or the air.
- Stay home if you are sick and keep your children home if they are sick.
